My approach

My services emerge from my diverse background, skills and gifts, as well as my own healing journey so far and what has worked for me.

I combine shamanic energy healing modalities, my scientific background, the art of space-holding and facilitation practices from The Work That Reconnects. My approach to Healing is HOLISTIC and very grounded. Shamanic healing in itself is a very comprehensive approach addressing all 5 BODIES to restore health and wellbeing:

physical body
emotional body
mental body
energetic body
spiritual body

This makes the work spiritual as well as pragmatic, inviting us to upgrade our life on ALL levels.

Your commitment

Like any other serious healing approach, it is, in the end, a self-healing process in which the healer simply supports the client in healing themselves. Therefore a true and strong intention is required to start a healing journey and you need to ASK for it.

I will put my whole heart, knowledge, experience and skills in guiding you and supporting you to the best I can, however it is important that you take responsibility for your own healing process and that you understand that the results you will get are solely dependent on the degree to which you are willing to do the inner work.

My Services

There are currently different ways to work with me*, depending on your needs:

- My full 1:1 program “Unchained“, a 4-month-long deep, transformational journey in 8 extensive haling sessions plus integration practices and ongoing support by me. It is tailored to your own needs and aimed at empowering you and bringing healing holistically in all areas of your life, by working with your 5 bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual).

- My group healing spaces, such as the Seasonal Attuments and my New Moon Healing circles. These spaces provide regular opportunities for self-care, healing and reconnection, working with collective and seasonal themes and tailored to the group’s unique energy. They are a good entry point if you are new to my world and some are for free! (Check the event section below!)

- The group workshops of The Work That Reconnects, normally held with a co-facilitator. We offer the full Spiral journey in 5 weeks called “ A Journey towards Resilience and Reconnection”. The workshops are focused on building emotional awareness, resilience, a sense of reconnection with a wider Web of Life and a deeper purpose. They follow the methodology of The Work That Reconnects and include NO Energy healing. These spaces are more “horizontal” in the way they are held and we facilitate the process without giving any feedback nor diving into your deep blocks and wounds.

- (occasionally) Retreats and Live events held in Umbria, Italy.

* The services are offered online (through zoom or other videoconferencing platforms), unless a physical encounter is possible.

I hold my sessions in English, Italian or German depending on your preference.

Normally, I do NOT offer single healing sessions, because I believe that healing is a process and not a “one-time-thing”. It is hard for me to activate deep healing in a person in just one session.
