Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur the full charge for the session.

Group Sessions: Group sessions are non-refundable, even if you provide advance notice that you cannot attend. If you are unable to attend, the session will be considered forfeited.
